I\'m just giving the 1 star because it is required for the review. Terrible customer service! Google said they closed at 11, the... whole place had all there lights on, we pulled into the drive thru at 10:45, the speaker came on and said, \"We\'ll be rightwith you\", we decided what we were going to get, noticed a sign on the menu that said, \"January hours....10:30\" but it\'shalf way into February and someone just notified us they would be right with us, someone pulls behind us in the drive thru, 5-7minutes go by and we see the whole Chugz crew walking away from the dumpster with drinks in hand, another 5-7 minutes has goneby with us repeatedly asking if they are waiting for us, then someone comes to turn the lights off and sees us and notifies usthat they are closed and what we heard was an automatic recording. In my mind either someone isn\'t doing their job well andfollowing proper closing procedures/posting company policies, or the crew just didn\'t want to take the last couple orders ofthe night and thought they\'d pull a fast on on the customer. Very quick service and one of the biggest menus I?ve seen at one of these drink places. Love the boba
I?ve been here a time or two and have loved it. The line moves quick and the employees are very friendly!

Always super friendly and I love the drinks they?ve come up with! If you love Dr. Pepper like I do, my favorites are Dracula and... Son of a Peach! I wish they had a better drive thru area though, their location makes it difficult to access when they are busy. Read more
Chugz is a good local soda shop! I would?ve given 4 or 5 stars but the consistency of the drinks I get are never the same. I... order the same drink every time and there is either too much ice, or flavor shots, or too much mixture of one soda and not theother. Read more
We love Chugz! Fantastic selection of soda (red cream soda with DP, anyone?) and the flavor combinations aren?t piggybacked off... other soda shops. Read more
