I went into Chili?s tonight 11/11 and the hostess was one of the rudest human beings I have ever encountered. she told us the... wait was one hour and we asked oh well what about four people and she goes one hour in the is the rudest tones. Slow service and serves not trained very well. Doesn't know how to help with your order ask you questions like dressing you want... or how you want your steak just waits for you to ask or skips to next item without asking. Charged for 3 cokes when one was achild's drink. They didn't bring out a child's cup with lid. I have a small handicap child for God sake. No common sense. Thewaiters seem to think once you get your food and eat that's it they don't have to talk to you anymore. I always have to get upto get a Togo box. And God forbid if you don't want to pay at the table on the electronic thing. They expect everyone to use itand if you don't then they have attitude. The chef and or manager did come by to ask all the tables how it was going though. Asa server though ours wasn't very friendly. If your going to work in public you have to be friendly to everyone. This was the worst EVER! The service was horrible. We went for lunch ! I got a bowl of soup and hubby got the sample plate.. 45... minutes later we got our food. The soup was horrible. Service was fantastic, food was okay. Their Lemonade is bottomless and very good! Their desserts looked good but we didn't have... room after our smorgasbord of food. It is Chili's so it isn't the Cheesecake Factory. But in Logan, where the food industry isprominent, we expected better quality food. Read more
I'm not really too into Chili's but the one in Logan is top-notch. I did go in to get Mexican food but wound up having... appetizers and a burger. Delicious!! I love a place where they cook a hamburger the right way. Not overcooked, not raw,perfect!! And every time they got it right. ???? Read more
