Tables were not wiped off, seats were dirty, soda was warm unless you had ice in it (which I don't like because it waters it... down). We originally were planning on eating in the kids area so the boys could play. It was cold, the floor was sticky, none ofthe tables were clean, and the play area looked like a kid threw up in it and it dried..... SERIOUSLY?! Who wants their kids toplay on something like that?? I'd rather take them to a public park, and it's RAINING outside! An employee was eating friesbehind the counter where everyone could see, didn't wash her hands, and went right back to fixing food for the drive through.The fact she put gloves on before fixing the food is very little comfort having worked in food service myself. And there was atotal of 3 employees working the lunch shift and only one spoke English. Definitely NOT coming back. Don't recommend to anyone. Read more
I just went through the drive thru. After waiting 4 minutes before my order was finally taken, my 2 year old son received... expired freaking milk!!! I'm thankful his mom caught it before he drank any but when I went back the employee who gave it to usturns out to be the manager. I laid right into him. It felt freaking amazing. It's rule 1 of food business. Don't f around withexpired food. Also, don't freaking smirk at all when a Marine veteran is correcting you. You all were about to see me on theevening news reaching through that small window and dragging his 250 lbs butt out. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Read more

Burger could have been a lot better, I used to love this place in general haven't been in a few years as I live where there... isn't one so I was excited to try it out again but wasn't very impressed. Was like a boiled pattie and subpar meat come onCarl's Jr you used to be the best. Read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!!! $40 to feed two adults and a seven-year-old. for that much money I made sure to check our food before... we left and come to find out that we are missing half the order so then we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the burntchicken strips and nasty soggy burnt Criss cut fries. In the combo meals I found out tonight that it doesn?t matter what size ofChris cut fries you order, they are all the same size yet they charge more when you say large. My guacamole burger wasdisgusting so Throwing everything away possibly depending on how my husband likes his burger but I basically just wiped my buttwith $40! Absolutely terrible experience the last 2 times I've been there. This last time was over the top. Usually when you ask for... lettuce wrap they use big lettuce, not the shredded. So that should have been stated. The burger was cold and the fries werecold. They tasted old. Like hours old. The teenagers that were there when the food was brought back rolled their eyes and didn'teven offer to redo the order. Absolutely gone down hill since they hired some of the people on nights. Awful restaurant. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my food, I?ve been told the order was not processed because... there is a shortage. However, they cannot refund my order and I?ve been asked to come back the following day. Same story the dayafter, they ?can?t? reimburse my $50 payment. Hard to believe I have to contact my bank to block this payment Edit 11/30: Thanksfor your reply but this is what has been done immediately and no reply in 10 days...
