Food tastes good, but when you order what you want. It doesn't always come out that way. I ordered two different sizes of soups... and they both came up a half inch short of full. Cafe Zupas has really upped its game. There is online ordering, kiosk ordering, drive through and even real people. The soups... are roughly the same they have been the last 10 years but if they're good, why change them? The salads have improvedsignificantly and each order still comes with a roll and a dipped strawberry. The decor is fresh and modern, with lots of colorand open air. First time going here and was very impressed! The inside of the joint was fairly boujee and extremely clean. There's a plethora... of food options and most of them are super healthy as well. Great taste that comes at a cost First time to a zupas and I got the Italian club with a roasted red pepper cup of soup and, a... kids meal with chicken strips and a fruit cup. The food tasted excellent and fresh. I was genuinely surprised with how ittasted that it made me forget it was kinda expensive. I enjoyed it a lot but it did not fill me up. Prices are by no meansoutrageous, it's just that I spent $13.00 on my meal and got essential a white bread sized sandwich from home (the pictures ontheir menu were way different than what I received) The kids meal was around $6.00 not too bad except the fruit cup had 2 thinslices of apples and two small slices of strawberries and some blueberries along with 2 very small chicken strips (I know it wasa kids meal but come on kids need more than that) I will be coming back to try again hopefully it was because it's opening weekand they are finding their footing but till then I can find a ton of other places that offer full sized meals for the same priceor even cheaper. Pros: taste is great, freshness guaranteed. Cons: Price, portion, that dang parking lot is a nightmare to getin and out kind of a bad design. Read more
Their was a long line and wait. Staff did their best but it was busy. Staff was friendly despite being overwhelmed. I had the... korean brisket without buns. The seasonal item was delicious highly recommend. They had gluten free soup, the chickpea soup. Aspart of the combo, they provide a free roll and chocolate strawberry a nice touch. I had the raw honey lemonade, it wasrefreshing and not overly sweet. I had the Carmel creme brulee. It was tasty, but is much sweeter than a normal one. Read more
Have always enjoyed Zupas, happy to have a location nearby. This location seems to have a great staff and excellent fresh... ingredients and better portions compared to others I've visited. I hope it stays that way. Read more
