I was there doing the remodel in Logan. I didn't get to try the food, but I can tell you the management there cares about their... people and customers. They made all of the old furniture available to the public, and provided unlimited drinks to all theworkers. They worked right alongside us the entire time, paying attention to details that a lot of franchise owner/operatorsdon't even want to know about. I loved working there! Read more
I thought the food was good but more than that, Corina?s service was so warm and friendly. The first time she greeted us and... then left to get some us some drinks, my daughter said she?s so nice. I?ve paid a lot of money?A LOT of money, here tonight. Tipped $40 on a $115 tab, before my wife and kids left. My wife paid for... the meal of someone else, because she seemed lonely?$15, plus a $5 tip. They went home, and I stayed for the fights. SuddenlyLogan ghosted me. (That?s his name, not just the town); so after 45 minutes, his manager came over, and she dismissed me. Notbeing a jerk; but I literally used to employ people they have on their staff. That was ridiculous. I don?t need free stuff; I amjust saying that service doesn?t end with the check; and the manager shouldn?t walk away in the middle of a complaint/convo. Called to place an order and Sean put me on hold. 10 minutes later while still on hold I walked in to order and Sean was... chatting with his coworkers, not busy at all and the phone down waiting to be picked up to take my order. He took my order assoon as I walked in. He could?ve take in it while I was on hold for 10+ minutes. I called to avoid wait time. I had to wait 30more minutes to receive my order.
