Clean. Great service. Good burgers. Great shakes. Nice location with plenty of parking.
I love the food at Arctic Circle, have been coming here for years. However the last time we were here they were understaffed and... so we had to wait a long time. They were also out of buns so you couldn't order hamburgers. The staff was very nice and tryingreally hard and I felt bad for them. How can you have a hamburger joint without hamburgers. I'll give "0" start to this place. Worse attic fast food ever being. I'll never buy anything in this place. I bought a chocolate... dip cone, I made a great mistake. The ice cream was child size, a miniature size cone and just one scoop of ice cream. Theycharged me almosy $3 dlrs, regular price. I complained. They replied this is the only size they sell with an adult price. I'llnever come back this horrible place. the Asst. manager was sarcastic. That makes it worse. Terrible consideration to acostumer. Expensive, but I guess everything is these days! 3 medium ice cream was over $20. However it was SO good. Many different options... of shakes and freezes, not to mention the regular food is really good also but is a bit pricey! Read more
Came to the drive through to get my daughter a kids meal. 1 kids meal took 24 minutes. I get if they are understaffed but... saying so would have been nice. The place was not busy. Got to the window and it took an additional 5 minutes. 29 minutesfor a singel kids meal??? Read more
Usually an excellent place for lunch, not so much today. The bathrooms needed cleaning. Our mushroom burger and quarter lb 'n... cheddar burger were hardly warm at all. The staff seemed overwhelmed, perhaps understaffed. Read more
I came on a Tuesday and went through the drive through and after I paid they said it would take a while and asked me to park out... front. I waited 30 minutes for my food to which they said sorry and gave me a buy one get one free coupon. When I came back toredeem the coupon they gave me, I walked inside hoping it would be faster... it took them 5 min to acknowledge I was there and atotal of about 10 to take my order. The only Arctic Circle I know of that's open on Sundays. Pretty good store, other than they do not have any idea on what a $10... shake should be at this location... Hence the non 5 Star rating Read more
