Ordered 2 pizzas and some garlic bread. Took 3 and a half hours to get my order. When they got here they forgot one of my... pizzas. I called and told them and they said it was going with the next car. It?s been 5 hours now and I still don?t have thepizza I ordered. I asked for a comp on the pizza and they refused. Called them again and they informed me the pizza I paid forwent to the wrong house. They said they would refund the cost of the pizza. 2 weeks later and I still haven?t gotten thatrefund. I called and left messages on their answering machine asking for my refund. They?re fine with stealing my money eventhough I never received the pizza I paid for. Worst service in pizza history. I will never order again, I ordered at 5:03 pm, it is now 8:32pm and still no food, I called at 7:42pm and was told it was next... to go out, the last couple times I've ordered the women who took the order has a nasty attitude, my order has been wrong, and ittakes entirely to long to get order, I am disabled and can't pick it up, if they can't deliver in a decent time frame then don'toffer delivery.... They apparently do not like answering there phone. Called them 3 times to order pizza for my daughter birthday party. The third... time I called someone answered and screamed we are closed when they were not. THIS pizza place everyone is rude and they forgotthe last time I ordered pizza to ask me for the address and they were going to send it to my old address. It took me callingthem to ask about the address. They had to call the delivery boy and tell him the address was wrong. This place is just gettingworse. I cannot believe this place is still in business. The way they treat customers is absurd and the owner is an awful "business... person" and an all around bad person. I was told my order would be delivered in "about an hour". 1 hour and 45 minutes later- Icalled the store, got yelled at for daring to ask where my order was, and found out my pizza hadn't even left the shop yet. The pizza was okay. I order mozzarella sticks and they were still pretty much frozen. Its really annoying that I had to cook... them myself in air fryer. The Italian sub was not good at all. I will definitely not order from this location again. Read more
