Would give a zero. Been going there first time had bad time there. Order food they messed up an instead of remaking it they... scrap it off. Ive ran stores you can not do that you have to remake in case somone is allergic to tge stuff. Was mistreatednever go back again. Read more

This guy miseil is practicing a forgotten art, he's friendly appears to be happy to be working which is phenomenal for his age... and the world we are in today. Normally I don't have a problem with this Subway however today was a different story and I will never return to this location... again! My sister went to this subway today and tried ordering food for our family. My sister noticed that the woman behind thecounter with black hair and orange bangs wasn't wearing a mask. My sister kindly asked the employee if she would be able to puta mask on however she stated that her manager said that a mask is optional at this location and went against her beliefs. Mysister asked if another employee would be able to make the food because she was also getting food for our grandma who is almost90 years old! She stated that the other employee was doing her job and couldn't make sandwiches and that if she didn't like itshe could leave. I normally don't care about situations like this however 2020 is a different year and safety is importantespecially if you have someone you love who is older! I don't recommend going to this place, especially if you don't wantsomeone breathing corona all over your food and feels a mask goes against their beliefs. I can understand if you want to walkaround freely and not wear a mask that's your choice however if your job is making food for people you should wear a mask to besafe. The fact that the manager is fine with this is NOT okay, so unprofessional and so unsafe. If I could give this Subwaylocation zero stars I would! Read more

Despite the statewide and county mandatory wearing of face masks for those preparing food the employees here do not wear masks.... When I asked why the have not work masks for the last several weeks the employee behind the counter informed me it was a"guideline" not a "mandate" to wear a mask. I've been going to subway since I was kid. But after filing a complaint with theircorporate side it doesn't appear anything will be done. So guess I won't be getting sandwiches at a subway again. Great coupons! Always very polite and professional. Good value for your buck. The only negatives are that our store closest to... our location is they frequently run out of popular items, don't accept our coupons, and although open 24/7 it is hard to findthe employee. Read more

Horrible !!!!! The girl making my sandwich apparently made a mistake and added 5 pieces of pepperoni instead of 3,so manager... starts disciplining her in front of us!!! Than at the register tells her to charge me for the 5 pieces!!!! I told her how am Igetting charge for 5 pieces when it was her mistake?? I told her money wasnt the problem.. but how did it make sense to chargeme for the mistake??? Ignored me..... I paid but will NEVER come back!!!!!! Read more

CAUTION - No restroom facilities or public access for customers, children, elderly, etc to wash their hands before eating their... meal. Good way to spread flu, viruses, CDIF, MRSA, etc. Store employee was very friendly. PRICES were higher for some itemsthan other Subways in Lodi, CA area. Read more
