Nice location. I typically order an venti Iced Americano, but decided to get a trenta iced coffee this time around. I ordered it... black with nothing in it, but it tasted extremely sugary and sweet. The barista stated that it was their ground beans and Ishould?ve specified some other beans. I didn?t like that at all and don?t think that should be the default option if one simplyasks for an iced coffee. Walked in at 8:45 pm to order today. Was told they are closing and not taking orders yet sign says they close at 9 pm. Folks are... also inside enjoying their stuff. Employee says they are getting ready for a staff party. What a disappointment! Read more
I always order ahead, sometimes you must order about 10-15 minutes ahead in case of their spike in customers in the morning... rushes. Other than that I always see people moving & taking time to talk to people waiting for their orders to see if it wascompleted or still waiting for one more item. Read more
Never have enjoyed their coffee and their specialty coffee are always too sweet
Normally this location is good but the last couple of times I came during the afternoon they have ran out of cold brew and some... of their syrups. Doesn't seem to be an issue with other locations. Maybe they just need someone else ordering their supplies Read more
I come to this Starbucks because it?s right down the street from my house but for the last few times I have ordered to go drinks... for pick up and they always mess up my order, the drink was super messy on top and then when you go back inside to ask nicely tofix something, and they give you an attitude like you?re the problem. Specifically the skinny white girl with arm tattoos she isvery rude and we will be taking a break from coming to this one for morning pick ups! I would go to the one on Kettleman &Hutchins, they always get my drinks right and they?re always super nice! It?s 6:41 AM and you just started your shift, yourtables are dirty and you have a bad attitude! Fast service is appreciated when you do it right, it?s better to wait a fewminutes longer to receive what I paid for, versus wasting both of our time. I would highly suggest retraining your employees oncustomer service or new management! Read more
Young gentleman had to make my peppermint mocha 3 x, making my wait for my drink longer than nessessary, got into my car for my... five hour drive home, took a drink and my drink was completely watered down, and separated with zero flavor. Very disappointed,not worth the 12 dollars and the 20mins of my life ill never get back. Read more
