I recently saw Sourdough & Co. & decided how nice it would be to have some great sourdough French bread , we love it. So I took... a detour on my route to Costco and went there. I had a nice middle eastern girl wait on me and she took my order of a bakedsourdough loaf of bread. While I was waiting I watched the only other employee a young white girl make sandwiches. She acted andparticipated like it was so much beneath her, throwing loafs of bread to counters and slamming down pieces of cheese and meatapart as if they had a disease. I am so sorry but somebody needs to watch these employees or your business may no longer beviable. I just came in for a loaf of bread! Read more
Food was good...but, service very slow, yesterday it took over 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches, one of which was made wrong. The... temperature was so cold us and others needed jackets inside, and our fingers went numb. Read more
Sandwiches are great, salads too. Last time I was in here they were short staffed and had to stop taking orders. Also had to... wait about 30 minutes to get to sandwiches. Hopefully that issue is fixed. Would definitely give them another try. Read more
First time was excited and quickly underwhelmed. French dip was ok. Au jus salty, beef also salty, no flavor, Caprese was so... awful. Mushy tomatoes, super sweet balsamic (more like a glaze, sticky), bland mozzarella. Best part of both...THESOURDOUGH. Bathroom stinky, cloth trash can, no soap. Several tables were dirty. Absolutely the WORST experience. I know finding employees with good customer service can be difficult but the teenagers you... hired at this store recently are simply NOT up to par. Arrived to place a to go order and was met with sassy terrible attitude.I let it go and politely finished placing my order but this interaction continued to bother me. I will simply never return tothis store and will be placing my negative experience elsewhere online. I hope you take the time to better train your employeesas I am sure you will be losing many more loyal customers like myself in the future. Read more
Wonderful little sandwich shop. I came in around supper time and had the smoked brisket sandwich. There is no smoker here (that... I saw) so the quality of the brisket is certainly questionable. That being said I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. The chipselection was disappointing. I suffered through a bag of Sunchips. The only drink option was a soda fountain , which cost them astar. Server was very kind. It was my 1st time there so I asked her if they had a soup and salad combo and she said they only did a... soup and sandwich combo and I'd have to buy the salad separately. I paid over $10 for a cup of clam chowder and a bread. I gotit to go. When I got home I saw that there was no butter of anything else to go with the bread. I was very disappointed but whatwas worse is I literally got 1 clam and maybe 10 small potatoes in the entire soup and everything else was watery. I was reallyhoping to like it because there is no Boudin in Lodi but I didn't and it even made me sick to my stomach. Not fun. I went toBoudin the next day. Got a clam chowder bowl with a Spring salad for a bit over $12, lots of butter and delicious. I will besticking to Boudin. Read more
