I came here on a Thursday night on a business trip to Lodi. The gardens in the exterior are beautiful, they have so many kinds... of tomatoes. I sat at the bar, the set up is very nice. I had the Margherita pizza and nearly finished the entire thing bymyself. I highly recommend the Spanish Step cocktail! It's essentially a tequila version of a Mai Tai. Beautiful patio seating with a fountain and lime trees. Delicious, fresh pastas, pizzas, and more. Loved the warm bread for the... table and the panzanella salad (peaches, tomatoes, pistachio, balsamic). So glad we stopped here for dinner on our brief stay inLodi! Read more
The place is beautifully set , staff was friendly, nevertheless the staff attended us on that day seemed little off mood , May... be a bad day for her. Their complementary bread is just beyond words, 65% weightage of my 3 star is for that. Their cocktail isamazing but very tiny quantity, not worth the price. Try not the have beer as the quantity is less. The pizza is ok, we ordereda pork belly dish, it was blunt . The desert was a joke, I recommend not to try that one. This is a wonderful restaurant and bar! Their food, service and ambience is wonderful! We were passing through Lodi and this was... a restaurant suggestion from a winery we have visited in the area. We are so happy we had dinner here. There's inside andoutside seating. The bar at the front of the restaurant is lovely. Also. I'm sure there is a bar menu though I didn't see it.This being no Lodi, the wine selections are robust. I guarantee a wonderful meal at Pietro's. Trattoria. Take it to the bank. Read more
Came here with some friends for lunch. All four of us love it and we’re pretty picky about our Italian food. The bread they... brought out was fresh, warm and yeasty, just the way I like it. The meatball sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. Friendsalso liked the chicken pesto sandwich and the gnocchi. We already made plans to go back! Read more
This place has amazing employees that are friendly and know their menu. I lived in New York City most of my life, so... unfortunately I can't say it's the best Italian food I've ever had. However food is really good and I would say the bestItalian place in the Galt, Elk Grove, and Lodi area. The complimentary bread was served with doing oil and was amazing. We hadthe Lasagna pictured as a face, a deep pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and fresh Parmesan cheese, a plain cheese pizza thattasted like a New York slice from a mom and pop pizzeria, and the calamari. I do have to say my girlfriend was not impressedwith the calamari because she said it was too thin and felt like biting into a cracker. Side from that, it was a greatexperience. Finally visited this restaurant- it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. This place stays... pretty busy and I can see why, the food here is really good. I started with Pietro’s Garden Salad and my wife ordered theMurdaca’s Minestrone Soup. She really enjoyed the soup and my salad was really fresh and a good portion. The server alsobrought out freshly baked bread - that was really tasty. For our main course I ordered the Toscana Pizza and my wife had thePappardelle Pasta with Oxtail Ragu. Both of these were fantastic. We will be coming back for sure. I would highly recommendvisiting but you might need to reserve your spot. Read more
