Just offering constructive criticism: Out of some options that were hoped for. Yogurt is runny. Dairy free isn?t also nut free,... caused disappointment. Toppings are minimal, bland and stale. I enjoy a near by local yogurt shop that is delicious, fullystocked cold yogurt with lots more options including ?homemade? and local toppings for a wonderful price in comparison to here.Went here with family but won?t return for these reasons! In response to the business reply, my below statement is factual, word for word. Obviously, it isn't the kind of review you... want to get, so I understand why you would get defensive. This was my first time at your store. I saw what I saw, and wrote areview about it. It's that simple. Perhaps, your employee wasn't properly trained. As for your statement that you pour over therequested amount [exactly]: where the yogurt is poured from is nowhere near the scales used to weigh it that sit on the counterby the register. It would be to your benefit to apologize for poor judgement in the future rather than make yourself look evenworse by calling a customer a "blatant liar" over an issue you clearly weren't around to witness. Any future orders I pick upI'll be sure to make a video of. I picked up an order here for a Door Dash customer who had ordered 6 ounces of frozen yogurt.The employee working over-poured by 1 ounce and then scooped the extra ounce out with a spoon and put it in the trash. When Iasked her why she would do that, she said she couldn't sell the extra ounce to someone else, which was exactly the point I wasmaking. Any restaurant that prefers giving food that is perfectly edible to a trash can rather than a person who would be happyto have it is not a place I care to eat. I don't care how good the food is. What's more, I had to deliver food that looked likeit had already been eaten from to the customer that ordered it. Read more
