I travel the entire United States for work and this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to by far. 3 times I've had a fillet... of fish meal and on all 3 occasions the bun was either stale and hard and the fish was hard burnt and crunchy. They evenovercooked the fries last time. These reviews tell it all. They need to be shut down for misrepresenting a McDonald's franchiseand ruining their name and clientele. Read more
Pay for a double. Get a single. EVERY TIME. Order sausage biscuit with cheese, get a bacon McGriddle instead... Check your... order before leaving drive through and just hope the idiots manage to get it right the second or third time. Absolutelynightmare of a McDonald's. It's as if they do it on purpose. Food was fine. However, their kiosk order system was lame. It wouldn't take credit cards. Didn't print a receipt. Would have... been easier going through the drive-thru. Plus, when i asked for a straw for my drink, the service worker explained that i hadto order it when i ordered my food. How lame is that??? For sixty years i would get a straw when i asked for it. No problems. Noquestions. Now its a burden to ask for a straw due to new inventory management processes. Plus, since we only ordered twosandwiches, we received only two napkins which were barely better than a piece of single-ply toilet paper. Luckily, had someextra napkins from Burger King in the car. Went to McDonald's on 2/8/2022. Thought I would try new crispy chicken sandwich. $10 for the medium meal and got a dried up... piece of chicken in a dry bun. No sauce, nothing. Won't be going there anymore. Read more

Morning/afternoon manager lady super rude. Doesn't do well with customers when resolving issues. Gets unnecessarily defensive.... Didn't get my food, although that was more of the apps fault, but the customer service was horrible and aggressive. Yikes. Goodluck if you're trying to resolve something. Read more
