This company motto is freaky fast. Not!!!! Just left there after ordering three sandwiches from the drive-thru. Waited at the... drive thru window for over five minutes and a total of 30 minutes in the drive thru. While the worker ran back and forth talkingon the phone. While my food sat at the window waiting for me to pay. After she was done talking on the phone she just stood upfront talking to other employees. Finally someone else came up to give me my food. Spoke with the manager who said that'scommon practice and did care that he wasted my time and the time of everyone else in the drive thru. I will not be going backand advise everyone else to avoid. Interesting fact? Jimmy John?s parent company is Inspire Brands which also owns Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Drive-In,... Jimmy John's, Rusty Taco, Mister Donut, Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins! OK?now the review. I went here tonight with a bit ofa chip on my shoulder. All I kept thinking was the price of the full-size sandwich is over $20. So for over $100 I get fivesandwiches! Yikes! Well, thank goodness I was not in the market to purchase five sandwiches and I did get it a 20% discountordering on the app. Thank you JJ for that. I ordered the full-size beefy crunch sandwich on French bread. This sandwichliterally raises the bar for all sandwiches to a new level. I could almost say it was worth the price. I can?t believe I ate thewhole thing but it?s kind of addicting. The bread has an interesting chewy texture. They must make it in the house since theyadvertise that the bread is never more than four hours old. It seems to age quite well. And surprisingly, it was loaded withroast beef. Tender roast beef. How do they get it so tender? The only thing I customized?I asked for no pickles. I can?t wait togo back and try other flavors. I hope they have turkey. The only couple of complaints that have? I did not see an option tochange the cheese to Swiss. And also they don?t have the facility to heat/toast sandwiches. I figured I would stick it in themicrowave for a couple of seconds to freshen it up but actually it did not need it. It was good right out of the wrapper. Thisplace is really hard to find? especially at night. Note that it is part of the Bank of Stockton building. I was driving aroundthe shopping center trying to find it?finally did.
