Today was the 3rd time in the last month that I have been to this location only to be told that they were out of ALL donuts.... This business is called Dunkin Donuts!! I went @3pm each visit when my kids got out of school. My kids told me not to go thislast time because it would be a waste of time.. I should have taken their sound advice ????. I would give this location zero stars if I could - I showed up at 8am on a a Sunday morning and although they appeared to have... plenty of donuts, they refused to sell me a dozen donuts. Their only reason had something to do about the quality of donutsthey had - not sure if was poor quality or what. I will never step foot in this Dunkin? again. Good luck if you do! Read more
Literally one of the worst experiences. Employees let me sit there and wait to take my order where they had a whole conversation... about schueduling issues. The reason for the 2 stars is because when I placed my order, the gentleman who was taking it had an attitude like he DIDN'T... want anyone ordering let alone me. I asked if they could make BOTH coffees not so STRONG, the cashier and the lady who made thecoffee's acted like they didn't hear me or that they didn't care that I asked for a NOT so STRONG coffee. Needless to say theygot my husband's coffee wrong I asked for Spelenda and they gave him regular sugar. Also both coffees were strong enough to walkthe table alone. Very friendly staff. New spot to the area so of course mornings are going to be busy. Must have patience. Friday morning is the... worst day to go. You can tell staff is overwhelmed by the crowd but they do not show it. Got hashbrown tater tots on bothoccasions, they were not very good. Hard to chew and taste like they sat out overnight which I know they didnt, just what ittasted like. Everything else taste fine. Read more
I?m getting so tired of this Dunkin missing SOMETHING every time that I go. I cannot wait for the second location in locust... grove to open back up. The past 3 times I?ve gone there is at least one things missing from my coffee. They also never have anydonuts for some reason. Read more
