Stopped after work to buy supper for the night. Shocked that there were only two people working inside, but between super... customer service and good food, my shout out to those two. Even though a large order and steady move through the drive thru theysmiled and had my order up fast and showed excellent customer service. This was supposed to be the 2 pc spicy fish?it seems refried one old oil and is not freshly fried fish. The green bean juice... sloshed over into my Mac and cheese absolutely disgusting fish. The employees were giggling and laughing on intercom which canlead to distraction and not preparing customers food well. Read more
After waiting 20 min in line, had hair in my food, missing food that I ordered. Had to go back through the line because the... lobby was closed, so I had to go back through the line..get to the window they told me to pull to the front of the buildingwhere I waited another 30 min. They brought my food out., after waiting so long I was ready to get home, kids was ready to eat.Got home which was 35 minutes away, the fish on both plates was not cooked all the way through. The shrimps my daughter had wasall stuck together. Very upset. Especially by my kids eating the food an it wasn't done. Could of gave us all food poisoning.The fish was hard and crispy on the outside and the batter on the inside was runny. I rate this a 1 today. Read more

If you want high blood pressure then this is the place to go, the fish which should be the star had so much salt on it that I... had to wipe it off and still it was salty. Missing items that I asked about before leaving drive thru twice made me have to comeback again and customer service was horrible if you're not happy with your job then get another one right now there are plentyjobs available especially at Tanger Outlets which is right around the corner. So sad. Food quality has taken a nose dive here. Fish has burnt crusties all inbedded in it like no one has cleaned the grill in... a very long time. Batter tasted under cooked. Green beans had stems on every bite so I had to spit out each bite. Glad we wereat home and weren't dining in. Corn on the cob was shriveled and tasted off, not right. Okra tasted dry and rubbery. Hushpuppies were great. Pretty much, I tossed this and made a ham and cheese sandwich. The workers were nice, but if food ishorrible, people won't come back. Definitely not worth the $21 we spent.
