Stood in line for 15 minutes to just be given mozzarella sticks and cheese bits that had been sitting all day? literally dried... out in the center. Watched two customers bring back their orders, and watched one customer walk out because no one took theirorder. Manager stood in one spot with their phone not doing anything to help anyone. Yet another visit from this place and all I asked was a burger with no mayo add mustard and add pickles. You would think I asked... them to build a diesel engine. It took three separate times and this is the second occurrence (which took three times as well)to put the things I wanted on the sandwich. It truly is not that hard and I can understand making the mistake once but by thethird time I sent the sandwich back my patience is gone. Boyfriend went and ordered us dinner as i am not feeling well and didn?t want to cook. I got a chicken fries meal with onion... rings, he got a burger. We live a 10-15 minute drive away and when he got home we realized my chicken fries were missing. Droveback to the location and they nicely replaced my order of chicken. Got home and the chicken was dried out and hard as a rock.Could barely chew into them. Will not be back. Read more
Monday at 510pm. Not busy. Only ordered chicken sandwich plain 2 for $5 and mozzarella sticks. 4 customers after us recieved... their food. Everyone moving in super slow motion. We waited 15 minutes. Cashier was nice but didn't want to check on ourorder. Never again. Shouldn't have to wait THAT long for original chicken sandwich. Turns out she didn't put in PLAIN chickensandwich. Guess I needed lettuce and mayo today. Mozzarella sticks were cold and gross, didn't look cooked at all. Waste ofmoney. This place sucks. Read more
Health score is not the same on the Dept of Public Health website as it is at the restaurant. Cashier showed up after I arrived... and assumed that I was suppose to greet her instead of the other way around. So therefore it was an awkward timely stare downuntil it became comical.
