Stopped into Wendy's for a quick lunch today. Nice selection of sandwiches and meal combos. We ordered the hot & spicy crispy... chicken ???? sandwiches. Lived up to its name - very spicy! I will not go back to Wendy's in lockport . The last three times food was bad . Fries were cold and soggy. Couldn't even eat... them . Service was bad. Wendy's use to be my favorite fast food but not anymore. I even went into the store to order .Ithought it would help but didnt. Read more

Every single visit I've had since I moved to the area has been wrong. I feel like slapping a $20 down on the counter and asking... for whatever they got. They'll never get it right. Not sure if the morning crew is better but the night staff are terrible. Read more
I order from this Wendy's location often and normally the quality is great! These past few times I've ordered though it seems as... if the intercom for the drive thru isn't working properly or the people taking my order aren't listening because I get theopposite of what I order. I still eat it because it's great food but I'd like what I ordered. Food is great and the people arepolite but I just think they're trying to go too fast when it's busy and aren't listening. This location made me and my wife feel so uncomfortable. We decided to go any inside Wendy's because she wanted to try the new... chicken sandwich and wanted it to be fresh. Once we received our food everything that was supposed to be fresh was not. We atethe sandwiches but brought the fries up to get different ones. The Manager gaslight my wife saying they just came up.......thenwhy are they cold? I just wanted what I paid for right? Our new fries were indeed fresh. The manager brought 3 differentemployees up to the front and watch us. I didn't even finish my food because I was super uncomfortable. It's not hard to benice. Read more
