The worst. I love Tim hortons coffee but the jack offs they have making the orders make me not even want to go there anymore. I order two Carmel ice coffee. They gave me old burnt coffee. I called and I was told to call back tomorrow to talk to some lady... named D. I am not happy no one to speak to. I went to this location for lunch as I work from home, I was craving a chipotle chicken wrap and pumpkin spice came out... today. I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes until someone took my order, 5 of those minutes there were NO cars in front ofme. I repeatedly said hello until finally someone came on the speaker. They were out of chicken so I settled for the steak wrap,and I ordered the meal with the chips and a iced pumpkin latte. The steak was crunchy and the wrap was covered in black speckslike they haven?t wiped down the panini press all day. The latte taste like iced coffee and the chips taste like a grease trap.I am so disappointed and now starving. Read more
waited in line for 25 minutes only for them to mess up the order. I always assume when I say a combo I get a hashbrown with it... yet it is somehow missing. I went inside to get... it since drive thru had 6 cars still waiting to order when I arrived. The workers are walking around, talking, eating ice out ofa cup between waiting on customers and give no explanations such as "it's almost ready" or "we're waiting on such and such" butinstead keep asking me what I'm waiting on???? "I'm waiting on the mobile order I placed 20 minutes ago for 2 iced capps and 2bagels and at the moment, you're holding on the bacon, now that the eggs were cooked!" Then I still had to wait for the bagels!No one apologized for the wait. It would have been faster to go through the drive thru since all those cars AND MORE had alreadyordered, gotten their food and LEFT before I did.
