Always a great cookie experience! Went in to get a tray of 8 cut cookies. There were so many choices of cookies and many were... fresh from the oven. The girls working were very friendly and efficient since there was a line of people. I took the tray to agathering of people who had never tried Half Baked before and they all LOVED them! Love the cookies! Lots of cookie for the price! We even got the mother's day cookie platter! Huge hit for everyone :) We have... been there many different times of the day and different days. The staff was flat and either there for a paycheck or overstressed. You are paying for a very large and delicious cookie that can place a huge smile on your face at first bite, but theperson to person experience needs some help. A smile and see you next time can go a long way. People are willing to wait inline if the customer service is welcoming, engaging, and appear to be happy you are there. Absolutely best place to get cookies. 10/10, and we go over and over again. Every cookie (and there have been many) we try is... always excellent. If you?re a chocolate fan? get the double chocolate. If you?re more into vanilla? the funfetti is always awinner. Honestly, an awesome place to enjoy a snack. Added bonus: they?re right across the street from Day Road Park so if youhave kiddos, it?s a nice little afternoon out and about spot. Read more

Holy expensive stuff, Batman! Be ready for a good variety of cookies, that cost $4 each!! They are fairly large, soft, and... dense, in a good way, cookies. They have lots of flavor, which the staff does not. You are buying local love baked in, justdon't expect any love, or even a smile, from the young employees. It's convenient to grab a coffee or tea and head to the parkand playground across the street, just bring at least bring $30 or more to get some coffee and a few cookies! Read more

Nice staff, really tasty cookies. They are huge cookies, one of them fills you up instantly. I brought some home with me and... they stayed good for a few days, that's really cool. Definitely have with milk. My favorite was The Monster (I think. M&M one). Read more
Half Baked cookies are amazing. I wish I had better words to describe how good they are. Crispy edges, doughy centers and so... many flavors that I end up buying at least 6 every time I go in.
