Love 5-guys. Burgers are the best in town. One of the things I have always loved besides the food is the music. I'm old, I know,... I love classic 70s and 80s rock. That has always been a staple. But tonight's visit included more modern music, which in generalI am not opposed to. I'm no prude, and not easily offended, but I really think playing a selection of hip hop that drops theF-bomb every other sentence is probably going to get management into hot water with someone who is a prude and really hatesmodern music. Orders always wrong. Ordered an extra patty with bacon cheeseburger in a bowl all the way. Didn?t get lettuce, didn?t get mayo,... didn?t get a1 as requested and didn?t get extra patty. Asked the guy if I could get the extra one and acted like I was botheringhim and went and laughed at me with the girl cooking the hamburgers. Bad service as always, better off driving to the locationon the blvd by Trader Joe?s. That place is 100x better food AND the staff is great. Read more
Ordered online to pickup. The orders were incorrect (wrong toppings) the burgers were dry and flavorless and the fries which... normally are great were dry and gross as if they had been sitting under a lamp. 5 Guys used to set the standard for quality.Will never order there again. very disappointed. Great spot to grab some delicious burger around Lockport. Went there for lunch and service was fast, no line for order. Order... the hamburger with mushrooms, lettuce, mayo and tomato with side of fries and drink. Burger was tasty and cooked perfectly, theyonly cooked them well done. For a fast food burger joint I would have to say that they have the best cheeseburgers around. They are fast, efficient, and the... food is so delicious. They have a variety of milkshakes too. I mean who doesn't like a milkshake with their burger. The serviceis always on point. The value of the food vs. The price is just right. The restaurant is also very clean.
