Started off great, I should've checked the order although everything else was right AND HOT, except the missing nuggets...I... heard it from hell to high waters about these nuggets that were for a child????, all jokes aside...you close the dining roommaking the drive thru the only accessible way to retrieve food, I get it your short, but hence u actually aren't since you don'tneed the front register and dinningroom covered by staff...so with that statement orders should be correct andcommunication/listening skills should've been on point since you went from short to managable.DO BETTER especially if there's aninconvenience to customers...FYI people order inside and take to "make" sure their order is right. please stop taking the phoneoff the hook it's a business...just do better???? It is 12:53am and I'm just waiting to ask if it's possible to get a medium sprite. I'm sitting here waiting and someone peaks... around the corner looks at me sees that I'm here doesn't even bother asking if I they can help me with something he just turnsaround and walks away... They are so rude it's not even funny... The least u can ask is if someone needs help with something..instead just looks at them then ignores it and pretends that no one's there... I order from this restaurant all the time, whether going in-person (which I usually do) or via DoorDash. I am more BK-biased... myself for fast food burg, but bear with me. They've yet to mess up an order even when busy for me, which I'm grateful for.Their sandwiches are well-assembled, and their value menu feels like it has more bang for its buck than McDonald's or Wendy's. Iswear I've ordered the same value meals for no more than ~$6 every time I've walked in. Always a treat when I swing by, whetherout for a walk or shopping at Walmart or Aldi's. Read more
I'm usually sympathetic to workers because I have worked Wendy's during my college days; however I am disappointed with the... service overall. The gave me old and cold fries and old beef patties that were burnt for at least an hour or so with limitedcondiments. They didn't provide me with a receipt and they shut down their phone lines so that people couldn't give feedback. Usually I don't mind waiting in lines for food but at least make it decent quality food. Read more

Service was distracted with personal conversations and sandwiches are mushy. The nuggets were good though.
