Took my family of 5 there for dinner. Sat there for over 15 minutes to be waited on. When finally noticed the waitress says... "When did you all just get here?" I told her "well over 15 minutes ago". So instead of taking care of us she walks away andstarts taking care of the people that just walked in two minutes prior. So we decided to leave and she tried stopping us statingshe was just going to "quickly" take care of them. We never will return. Read more

It's an Applebee's, most know what the food is. I ordered for Car side to go, got there 10 minutes early and checked in online.... Waited 20 minutes with no update, finally pulled up to the new drive thru, my order has been sitting there. Was told you have touse the drive thru. They still have marked parking spots for their Car side to go service, there is no indication you HAVE touse the drive thru online or in the parking lot. Now my food is mediocrely warm. Read more
I have had some BAD experiences at Applebee's before, but not today. The restaurant was clean. My waiter was clean cut. very... presentable. Very outgoing. I love people like that when I go to restaurants. Makes the rest of my day good. My rack of ribswas soooooooooooóo good! Read more
Kitchen was a disaster, waiter kept blaming kitchen for the mistakes. They didn't seem to have enough staffing to keep up with... how busy they were, yet they allowed the hosts to keep piling on more tables. I ordered a steak as did my mother and both werecooked wrong. It was still enjoyable,, but not a restaurant I would go out of my way for. Read more
The tables are nasty. Sticky and gummy! They need refinishing or replacing. The carpets are filthy stained! should be tore out... and replaced with tile. No carpets in restaurants! Air conditioning is too cold also. Summer ale beer is good though! Read more
We went here for dinner last Saturday. It was disgustingly dirty and didn't even smell clean. We were seated in the section... where you have to walk up the stairs next to the bar all the way to the back. The table was dirty and the wall next to where Iwas sitting had some sort of white food dripping down it among other things. I wanted to leave but my kids had their hearts seton the ribs. The entire time we were there at least 4 staff and the manager were watching a game and talking loudly right nextto me. The ONLY good thing about our time there was our waiter. I was shocked at how downhill this place has gone. It needs tobe redone and deep cleaned badly. I'm surprised it passes inspection. Read more
Disappointed with my visit today. We arrived and we?re seated immediately, but we?re not informed of any kind of wait. We waited... at our table for 20 minutes before inquiring with the hostess about not being seen by our server. She explained that our serverwas Scarlett and said she would send her over.
