So dissatisfied! I walked here today with my daughter so we can get a refresher and enjoy the day but they closed the lobby and... wouldn't allow us to go in or obviously through the drive through. This is the second time I have had an issue here. ???? I amgetting very frustrated with this location and am getting ready to take it further up the chain. Are used to go here all the time until two of the employees made me so uncomfortable on separate days I decided that I was no... longer welcome there. This place is run by arrogant, incompetent, bigots, who have nothing but hate in their heart for anybody who is not like them.... Somebody at this location tried to use my credit card to buy dog food and when I confronted the manager about it the he/she orwhatever it was, told me that I probably had no funds on the card. I make more money in 1 month than all those peasantscombined. Don't use your card here. Don't spend money here period. Read more
I always go between 2 and 6 pm for my $2 coffee because it doesn't make sense to go any other time when they jack the price back... up. Cheaper than paying $7 at Starbucks for half the coffee just cuz you wanna look boujee in front of the coworkers. Wish theyhad Vegan donuts on the menu here at Dunkin' but I can't complain too hard cuz they are hard to come by anywhere really. Read more

The lady that took my order at drive thru was rude didn?t tell me my total. The lady at the window is always rude. The last time... I came to this location she was rude to my daughter because they made the coffee wrong and my daughter took it in and asked forwhat we ordered. Customer Service there sucks Read more
