Went thru the drive thru placed an order for 4 double cheese burgers with no pickles, 2 orders of fries and 1 large coke. well... burgers had pickles and got 1 fry. Slowest drive thrus in Lockport but have tolerated due to current staffing issues. But the huge potholes as you exit are a... serious road hazard & they've been there for 6 mos! When I asked nicely to the older gentleman at the window when they are goingto fix? He snapped back gruffly"I don't know", I thought to myself...you just lost a customer. Read more
The mobile order was a long wait because the drive through was the only option open. Once I got to the driveup window, my order... (which I had an order number on my phone) could not be found, so I had to tell them my order. I was initially told my mealwould be free if I would drive around to the front of the store and park by the door. Which meant pulling out into a busy streetand turn back into the parking lot. Only to discover because my order was a mobile order (which I mentioned in previousparagraph), they couldn't credit my account. The employee thought I ordered at the driveup ????. But at least the small fries???? (that were supposed to be large) were cold on the 3 minute drive home. Seriously, it is 3 minutes. The only reason I gave2 stars is that the burger was correct and it was a "special order" burger. Read more
Food is ok. But service is sometimes rude. The kids really hate going here because they always get the order wrong. They're like... dad their going to mess it up and I'm like no they just can't mess up the order again. But what do you know they do. Every timeover the last 10 years.
