The worst customer service experience i?ve ever received. The workers there are rude and unprofessional. They neglect to use any... offers after I specifically gave them my code and ASKED for my offer. When I went back, I was refused any accommodations orrefunds as it was ?my fault? and I ?should have scanned it? even though I clearly told them my code in the drive through and wasnot given any chance to scan. An ounce of respect is all real humans ask, so if you want that, don?t go here. Read more
Please by mindful that points are used to reduce cost especially in today's world. My husband just stopped by to grab food, he... planned before leaving exactly what he needed to order. Clearly there was miscommunication and instead of fixing the problem (asany business would) you had him pay more?. This spot was usually the better of the few in town and over the past couple monthsit's been the same. Thanks anyway for your service, be mindful that situations vary for your customers. Read more

Was there this evening and used 4000 points on fries that I didn't receive. They also don't answer the phone. Don't move in... drive through until you check your bags, I have often had missing items. Read more

I usually write positive reviews about places but this was a bad experience. I ordered a Spicy Habanaro McChicken and this is... what I got. Is this really what McDonald's promises? You order looking at the picture that they show on the menu and this iswhat you pay for.. this is wrong on so many levels. The burger was dry, flavorless and tasteless. When I requested for extraHabanaro while the order was still in process, the guy handed me two sachets of mayonnaise and ignored my existence. (Sameperson who took my order). Customer service was very poor, as the guy who took my order was least interested and was busycommunicating on whatever device he had stuck to his ear. The place was not even busy, there were just 2 more customers alreadydone with their meal and drive through was empty as well. This is not what I had in mind when I entered McDonald's. They shouldserve each customer with repect and deliver the product they actually show. Read more
