The worst customer service experience i?ve ever received. The workers there are rude and unprofessional. They neglect to use any... offers after I specifically gave them my code and ASKED for my offer. When I went back, I was refused any accommodations orrefunds as it was ?my fault? and I ?should have scanned it? even though I clearly told them my code in the drive through and wasnot given any chance to scan. Please by mindful that points are used to reduce cost especially in today's world. My husband just stopped by to grab food, he... planned before leaving exactly what he needed to order. Clearly there was miscommunication and instead of fixing the problem (asany business would) you had him pay more?.
