Ordered just a regular pepperoni pizza with triple cheese, seems easy enough. Pre paid and pre tipped the delivery driver. Pizza... shows up with almost no cheese so I call the store. They say I ordered "light cheese" which could be forgivable if they didn'talready charge me an extra $7 for the extra. Had to drive to the store to get the correct order, and when I asked about a refundfor the delivery fee they said "we'll just remember your phone number and give you free delivery next time" which A) is hard tobelieve and B) not going to happen anyways since I have no plans to order from there ever again. It's been 8 years since myprevious order (because of a similar experience then) may as well make it a other 8+. Maybe I'm being harsh, but it's notoverly complicated to take a simple pizza order. Always hot, the staff are very friendly, both the delivery driver and store staff. Great experience.
Great fast service. Super good pizza. The lady working today was amazing. Super nice and friendly. She diserves a raise!

I placed an online order at 10:49 am and paid for it so we could pick up supper at 5:15 pm. Upon arrival I was told the food was... not ready and it would take about 30 minutes. In response to the 30 minute wait time, I stated I would cancel the order. Whenthe clerk heard "cancel the order", the 30 minutes I was just quoted changed immediately to 7 minutes. I proceeded withcancelling the order. The purpose of preordering food is so it can be picked up at a predetermined time. Papa John'sLloydminster obviously forgot this, and in doing so, lost a customer who immediately turned to one of the other localrestauranteurs who processed my order immediately. Would give less of a rating if I could. Whenever I call they are rude and arrogant and pushy. No manners whatsoever. The pizza... is usually dry and overcooked. I dont recommend this place Read more
Worst service! The last time I ordered from there my pizza sat there for an hour. The guy didn't want to deliver it because his... shift was ending and I got a cold hard pizza, when I call there is no answser on the phone, u cannot order online because myadress has bin used in the past for someone else. Over all would not recomment it to anybody. Read more
