Good food but we had to ask for cutlery, ketchup and straws.

I have been to many locations of this chain, but on several occasions to only this location my fries haven't been crispy. Most... of the times they are floppy still. I don't know if it's because they are loading more portions into one basket than they shouldbe, or what. Still very friendly, clean, and tasty otherwise.
