Well, they are supposed to be open but they aren?t. Website says they?re open. The hours posted on their door indicates they... should be open, but they aren?t. I know there is a labor shortage so I suggest to management that if you are closed due to alabor shortage that you post a sign or change your hours. I already paid for my food online so I?m probably going to get coldsoggy food since I don?t know what time they really open. Guess I should just ask for a refund. Read more

Used to love this location because it was better than the marble falls store, but my last visit was perturbing due to the rude... service at the drive thru window. We stayed calm and cool, because the woman was clearly having a bad day and we didn't want tomake it worse. Read more
The WORST!! Service, quality control, you name it! It seems they put the biggest JERKS at the drive through. Pathetic... representation of Llano. The only place you consistently get food wrong. Order no beans and extra sour cream but you get e teabeans and no sour cream. Do better! Read more
Worst service I have ever received. Lady in the drive through is horrible, I went inside and she wouldn?t take my order unless I... did it on the machine. When I had first walked in, a guy walked out because after trying on the machine it wouldn?t go throughand her lazy self wouldn?t take his order. She told us the dining room closed in 5 minutes but it was only 7:35?. did it really?I would like to just say she has the worlds worst attitude ever and is definitely not someone you would want representing yourbusiness. Service was terrible. There was no one in the store. I stood there for five minutes. I ended up placing my order on the stupid... customer touch. Finally employees show up, by now there's a line. The two guys argued for another 3 minutes making my order. Iwas, believe it or not, there for more than ten minutes for 2 soft and 2 crunchy tacos. Read more
Well its taco bell, order was wrong food was ????????if they are making 15$ hr they are overpaid. At least put smeat on a smeat ... burrito yes its smeat something like meat, possibly dog or cat but its taco hell what do you want. Read more
