Waited over 20 minutes for 2 chopped bbq sandwiches and I had already received my cold 3lbs of turkey sausage but no sauce for... it. When I asked for the sauce they gave me a container of sauce for 3lbs of sausage the same size that received with mysandwiches. I had asked about that when purchasing the food and was assured I didn?t need to buy extra. What a rip off?. Read more

They let us in as they were closing which was very nice . However the meat in the sandwich seemed like it was microwaved. ... Maybe just me but I like my bbq sandwich a tad cooler. Read more

Over the past couple of years, I have noticed a slow changing of the quality of the food. Recently We ordered Jalapeño turkey... sausage 2 large links. Brisket and Ribs plates. The brisket was dry and tasted like a roast. The ribs did not hardly have anysmoke. And my Favorite, the Jalapeño Turkey Sausage did not have the same flavors as before. It was bland and the casing wastough. I have not tried link#2. But my overall thoughts is total disappointment. But, the BBQ sauce was actually better. Read more

I feel this is one of the best restaurant made briskets I've ever had... Top 10 for sure.

I just read an article today about Llano being the friendliest town in Texas and I can see why! This was day two of me visiting... here and the people really are friendly. This is a lovely barbecue place. Price was fair ($22 for a plate, piece of pie and 10%tip) and the moist brisket was amazing! I had the sausage as well, but it was a little dry and then I realized later that it wasactually turkey sausage. It definitely has an acquired taste, but all in all, good food and good people here. I also loved thatthey asked customers where they were from. It's interesting to see who were regulars and where people were coming from to trytheir food. Read more
