The food was hot and good. However the drve thru service was slow ????. It took 32minutes to get a very simple order. The... dinning room was not open. If it were not important I would have pulled off. Read more

I gave one star for the cashier who was professional but the burger on the other hand was horrible they burned both patties on... my Dave's double then had the nerve to put the burned patties together with the cheese in-between it to hide it. Shame on youguys I won't be back here again. Read more

Horrible experience. Older woman, that was apparently the manager, was extremely rude to me and one of her young female... employees. She was so abrasive that a woman with small children, standing next to me packed up and left without getting food. Itwas all on camera in the lobby and I called in a complain. The poor girl working the register was about high-school age and verysweet and helpful; I hope she transfers to a different location. I doubt I will return. Read more

Food was very hot and fresh. Was given in a decent time. Order was accurate. No acknowledgement to wait upon pulling up to... drive through speaker for quite a few minutes, therefore to assure they were aware that cars were there, I said something, avice said back, kind of snarky "if you don't wanna wait, come inside" I said in return I just wanted to make certain someoneknew CUSTOMERS were waiting...a few seconds later another voice took the order. I get to the window to see it was leadershipthat made the remark, while I get being busy and perhaps understaffed, a simple we'll be with you shortly would've sufficed toacknowledge that you're aware someone is waiting to be served. Love the new breakfast sandwich, came thru the drive thru at 7am, excited because they open at 630 but was greeted with no... response. I looped around thinking maybe I didn?t set the beeper off. But I saw 2 more cars pull up and pull off with no serviceeither. I was patient, pulled back to the speaker, and after 10 minutes left disappointed because it was clear the staff saw meand just did not want to serve me this morning. Read more

As will most ff places these days, they seemed a bit understaffed... but the service was nice and friendly! The food was... mediocre, definitely had better Wendy's. Read more

Spoiled and wilted tomatoes...salad was expired. This was a Southwest Avacado Salad. Went back through drive thru, the salad... that they tried to give me was worse than the last. I asked for a refund. They took back the 1st salad, which was cool. Butit's Covid. Why are you taking food back after it's been passed and opened up by the customer??? Read more
