Poor customer service and I?m big on it. My sister and I was in line when we approached the counter we were overlooked for... sometime. While others are being greeted we weren?t. Then the woman at the register made another young lady assist us. She wasawesome but I couldn?t get over the first impression. My sisters drink was messed up and at that point I needed a refund. I would do less than one star if I could, not only did we wait forever for smoothies but there were people that had been sitting... for a long time that got one smoothie and waiting for two additional. We ordered four smoothies and she brought out two and wenton to make smoothies for 2 groups that came well after us. (Mind you all of our smoothies were the same so they could?ve beenmade with two blenders at one time) after they gave 2 other parties theirs- The woman before us spoke up how she had beenwaiting for so long. Service was slow. 1 sandwich was made completely wrong, another was made sloppy and from the presentation alone wasn't... appealing. The drinks were good but with slow Service, sandwiches not made right. Read more
The worst smoothies we ever had. My husband had a detox and it was chucks of ginger and ice chips. It was not blended well at... all. They were busy and I guest they rushed through it. I had a paradise point and mine was blended good either, I never had somany strawberry seeds. I added spinach and kale to as well and it was chewy. Service was very slow. Looking at other reviewslooks like they always make watery, icy drinks. No flavor. And no one has contacted me about my experience. Terrible!!! Do go tothe 5 mile location. Read more
I placed my order online to be picked up at 6pm on 3/17. When I got there they informed me they didn't have the sweet potato... bites I ordered, bummer but understandable. Got the food home and it was tasting good... Until I bit into my sandwich and pulledout a chunk of paper. When I opened it up, I found a large piece of paper in the middle of the sandwich. Absolutelyunacceptable, I just wasted $9 on a sandwich. This place won't be getting my business again as it looks like this is just one ofthe many problems that people are experiencing. Corporate should take look at this place as it wasn't particularly clean insideand they are peddling inedible food. **Update** It has been 4 days since my horrible experience here. Not pleased with this location. I placed my order online and pulled up. I called the number to tell them I've arrived for... curbside pickup. The young lady who answered told me that my smoothie wasnt ready yet and that I could come inside in a fewminutes. Well....if I wanted to come inside I wouldn't have called the big number plastered in your window with "CURBSIDE" ontop of it. Read more
Food and smoothies and great! The staff and manager could be better about their attitudes though. It's like they're mad everyone... for ordering their food. The actual location is pretty small so there's not much room for social distancing as they have stoolsblocking off 1/2 of the facility. Myself and another customer waited on the other side as there was no room and the managerrudely escorted us to the other side of the makeshift blockade. Other than that though everything is great!
