I came through the drive thru around 3pm for the second time today and I'm sorry I did not catch the guy at the windows name... either time. Same guy though. I think he definitely deserved some recognition and appreciation so I thought what better way thana Google review. Thank you for making your customers smile and laugh. You made my day as I'm sure many others. In today'ssociety we need that more than ever. I love your customer service and interaction with the customers and your sense of humor andability to brighten others day with a smile. I hope you get the recognition you deserve! The amount of time I?ve spent in the drive thru when they close early or don?t open at all is astounding. It doesn?t matter what... angle you look at the incredibly poor service - it boils down to whether or not management can manage their store withoutcausing an inconvenience to their customers. Especially those loyal to this location. Just tonight, I pulled up before 7:00pmand the store was already closed. There was no sign indicating they closed early - which is right on par for how they usuallyconduct business here. They have a solid crew during the morning/early afternoon. But more than half the time the person takingorders sounds absolutely miserable. Read more
The coffee is always fresh and the breakfast bagel is always good. This visit I even brought my thermos because I knew I?d be... out of the area all day and the manager came out and took care of it personally. I offered to pay for 3 20 ounce cups (that?s mythermos capacity) and he said ?oh no, it?s a refill? and wouldn?t take more than $3.00 so I left a good review but never saidwhy. My total order for the coffee and sandwich was only about $12.00 but he treated it like I spent a fortune. I?m pretty lenient when it comes to product availability and speed of service due to the times, but the last couple times I?ve... been here has been really disappointing. Last week , I ordered my usual (and am very aware of how much it?s costs) so when Itold them I was missing my hash brown , she said I didn?t order one. I told her the man taking my order confirmed whether or notI wanted one with my meal. She said ?fine, that will be (insert cost)? they didn?t give me a receipt and I didn?t feel likearguing so I said never mind and when on with my day. Also, I asked for an assorted dozen donuts and received all chocolate, nota big deal since my coworkers and I got a laugh out of it. Today , they didn?t have hash browns available (totally fine) so Iordered a sandwich, coffee, and dozen assorted donuts. I don?t know if this was the same girl I encountered before, but she wasvery awkward taking my order, I had to double check that she was still there. I received the wrong coffee this time and everysingle one of the donuts we were given were stale and hard . We ended up having to throw them away. This location is moreconvenient, but I?ll just have to deal with the long lines at the Plymouth & Farmington location. Read more
