I came through the drive thru around 3pm for the second time today and I'm sorry I did not catch the guy at the windows name... either time. Same guy though. I think he definitely deserved some recognition and appreciation so I thought what better way thana Google review. Thank you for making your customers smile and laugh. You made my day as I'm sure many others. In today'ssociety we need that more than ever. The amount of time I?ve spent in the drive thru when they close early or don?t open at all is astounding. It doesn?t matter what... angle you look at the incredibly poor service - it boils down to whether or not management can manage their store withoutcausing an inconvenience to their customers. Especially those loyal to this location. Just tonight, I pulled up before 7:00pmand the store was already closed. There was no sign indicating they closed early - which is right on par for how they usuallyconduct business here. They have a solid crew during the morning/early afternoon. But more than half the time the person takingorders sounds absolutely miserable. Read more
