Went in to see one of the line members wearing a mask incorrectly, not covering their nose. The other one just had one of those... thin scarf masks. Definitely not a COVID-19 compliant store or situation. Walked in and immediately walked out. Please avoidthis store if possible. Read more
Gift card got declined, when I asked if he ran it as a gift card (i understand it will be declined if ran as debit or credit) he... ignored me. When I asked again, he said "call subway" and walked away. Nice customer service skills. Read more
I beg of whoever hires your associates, please hire someone who can make a sandwich in less than 15 minutes. I would understand... a wait if I weren't the only person in line, but to top ot off both employees spent the entire time complaining about how awfulthe day had been. Read more
i made a quick stop to use restroom and walked up to register to buy a bag of chips. I thought it wouldn?t be right to use... restroom if I were not a customer. Woman behind the counter said, just a min and went to fix problem with the soda machine.While I?m waiting to pay for a bag of chips, another customer walks in and employee behind the counter starts making hersandwich who had been standing there the entire time. Soda machine was fixed, two kids got there drinks employee is cleaningaround it now. I guess they didn?t care that I used the restroom. Being a person with cerebral palsy i went here for a job application. It had a job open sign out front and my friend works... there. I asked for a manager and ask for a job application and she said they did their hiring. Going home and 4 hour my friendmessage me and told me the she laugh at me when i left and said things pertaining to my disability like " what a retard".
