This Starbucks drive-through is a disaster I waited over 20 minutes for my drinks, I get up to the window wait another 10... minutes and I politely ask the girl if she could give me a 4$ dollar gift card for the inconvenience. She says she needs to gether manager, her manager comes back and claims that I verbally abused this girl and that she?s crying. Absolutely I utrageousconsidering I simply asked very politely if I could get some type of discount or the 4$ dollar inconvenience gift cards that isstandard for Starbucks gives to customers, when there is a order mistake or if your order takes over 15mins. I did not catchher(managers) name but the girl was an African-American younger girl with dreads black hair, steer clear of this locationabsolutely the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced at a Starbucks in my life. they?re super nice and always have drinks out asap. of course today was red cup day at starbucks, but the staff handled it very... well and were super professional. everyone kept their cool and allowed customers to cancel their order and thanked those of uswho waited. Read more

2 times this week the same girl has messed my order up and makes it completely wrong . And is rude at the window. I will be sure... to joyfully instruct her on how not to do her job next visit, due to me having gone through this 2 days in a row. Read more

I usually order EARLY 5:00-5:30 AM & the staff is always wonderful, i mobile order and it?s always ready on time and prepared... perfectly! love this location for my early morning runs! Read more

Their customer service is not the best. The employees are very rude and they make you not want to come again. I customized a... drink and got it not full and when i asked why the barista said that is how it should be. I told her i always get it frommultiple branches and I never got it like this. She responded: ?whoever?s made it for you before, they are not following thepolicy!? I was like all of them? She said yes but in a very rude tone. Read more

I completely recommend this location! The staff are always nice and helpful. I attempted to order something off the secret menu... trying to achieve that oreo party in my mouth effect and the person taking my order suggested I try the drink this way. She wasright it is way better! On the down side I am completely hooked on the taste and It's mostly the only drink we order fromStarbucks now Read more

Next time I'll do the drive thru because it's first come, first served (physically). I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a walk... in order, when there were three costumers in the place. I discovered the reason for the wait was others ordered online. Starbucks need to add a now serving number counter so you know how many are in front of you. Read more
