Their customer service is not the best. The employees are very rude and they make you not want to come again. I customized a... drink and got it not full and when i asked why the barista said that is how it should be. I told her i always get it frommultiple branches and I never got it like this. I completely recommend this location! The staff are always nice and helpful. I attempted to order something off the secret menu... trying to achieve that oreo party in my mouth effect and the person taking my order suggested I try the drink this way. Next time I'll do the drive thru because it's first come, first served (physically). I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a walk... in order, when there were three costumers in the place. I discovered the reason for the wait was others ordered online. Starbucks need to add a now serving number counter so you know how many are in front of you. Read more
This Starbucks drive-through is a disaster I waited over 20 minutes for my drinks, I get up to the window wait another 10... minutes and I politely ask the girl if she could give me a 4$ dollar gift card for the inconvenience. She says she needs to gether manager, her manager comes back and claims that I verbally abused this girl and that she?s crying. Absolutely I utrageousconsidering I simply asked very politely if I could get some type of discount or the 4$ dollar inconvenience gift cards that isstandard for Starbucks gives to customers, when there is a order mistake or if your order takes over 15mins. I did not catchher(managers) name but the girl was an African-American younger girl with dreads black hair, steer clear of this locationabsolutely the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced at a Starbucks in my life.
