Today breaking up boxes was more important than serving customers. The line is now three people and the only reason we are... being served is because I had to check the cashier. Whose come back was my boss said do boxes.....he must hate breaking downboxes, or need a new job because he won't give me his name.....so unprofessional now I'm going to have to take this toheadquarters with they no receipt providing machine.......no more visits from me. I love this Starbucks! Yes, the wait is long! Yes, it?s an inconvenience sometimes! But they have the BEST coffee and the... employees at this location are great too! I?m always greeted with a friendly hello and smile! At the beginning of the day, on acold morning...or at the end of a long work day...sometimes that cheerful person is such a relief!
