When they are ipen they are awesome twice i have came in the morning after they are supposed to be open at least 2 gours at that... point and they're not open incw at 930 once at 10 two different days luckily tropical smoothie is always open at that time Read more

I keep trying to give this location a chance since it is close to me, but I'm disappointed time after time. I have to give up... after today. I was asked for my order only to be stopped because the associate didn't know where my smoothie is located on themenu. So I told her. She asked me to "hold on for a minute" after a few minutes she came back & asked me again wear it was onthe menu because she is new to the menu. After telling her again, she asked me to hold again. At that point, I left. I'd alreadybeen there 10 minutes. I've been to location before & no one was even there. I've also waiting in line behind no one for 10 plusminutes after being asked to wait at the order screen. Too many bad experiences for me to return. I'll just drive all the way tothe other Livonia location. Read more
