I've tried soo hard to love this location since all of the locations by my house are closed now, but today was my 4th time... ordering here and I ordered a 12 inch peppercorn steak (extra sauce) like I always do and I received 1 whole serving and 1/2serving on my sub. Funny thing is that I used to work at Quiznos for 5 years so I know what a half serving looks like comparedto a whole one. I was very disappointed about it in the end because I was still charged full price... I was going to eat theretomorrow but I think I'll just grab something to eat from the liquor store this time... I understand that there is new ownership recently, and they really care about the customer, and the quality of the sandwiches. I... ordered the classic Italian, and it was prepared perfectly! Walked in and was completely ignored, I said "hello" and the guy didn't even look up. Stood there waiting to place an order was... still ignored, said "have a good one buddy" and walked out. Why even open up in the morning if your employees ignore thecustomer? I won't ever be back.... It's easy to see what is happening to this place, the owner thinks he will save money byhiring the bottom of the barrel employees instead of paying a little more for someone decent. I was in there to order 4sandwich combos and soup that's easily a $50 dollar tab which would have paid for the higher wage for a decent employee for theday and then some. But instead I left and I will never be back, it just doesn't make any sense. You lose one customer a weekdue to poor service and in a few years you don't have any customers left. It makes no business sense to penny pinch on ityou're paying 1-2 employees not 50, very short sighted.' Read more

Was excited to rate this one high. Not many Quiznos around and I want to keep them open to have an option to eat there. But the... one worker making the sandwiches spoke quietly. The owner's children were in the dining area playing loudly and rambunctiously,and at least one time they went into the area where sandwiches are made. I couldn't help wonder about them spreading germs. Read more
