$6 for a bowl of mac&cheese is one thing but for it to look and taste like this is another. Why serve this? Literally a bowl of... flavorless mush. I?ve been here many times but it?s went downhill. No excuse. Not to mention one of the subs had a mound of hotpeppers and onion. Completely ruined the sub. I placed my order soon as I walked in the lady couldn?t find me order then she found it and said it would just be a few minutes... I wasn?t rushing because I knew I was early, I use the restroom and come sit down the on other lady comes and ask me if I wasordering something with a attitude after she knew I had placed an online order. If you didn?t want people sitting in beforethey?re order comes out they could have simply said that. I have been coming here for years getting the same sandwich, no questions asked ( I like mine double baked ). However one of the... workers there I believe her name was Dani seemed awfully concerned with the fact that I like my sandwich the way I do. I visited the Potbelly location on Plymouth Rd in Livonia on 11/20/22 and had the pleasure of being greeted by a polite staff by... the names of Emily, Dominic, and Jenny.
