Terrible service, food wasn't that great either after having to wait 20 minutes for it. Soda machine is out of order, the entire... shop is not very clean. And the employees just feel like they don't want to be there and have a very low sense of customerservice. We ordered Cajun fries and got regular crinkle fries and when we asked about it they said they were out. I had aPopeyes gift card from Kroger and they said they don't accept Popeyes gift cards in a Popeyes chain because they are afranchise. I don't even understand how that makes. Any sense? You will have to wait at least 10 minutes at the speaker with no one in front of you before they will even take your order. Once... they decide to take your order, you?ll have to repeat it at least six times no matter how small it is for them to get it right.
