i order a large catering order of $300+ of breadsticks and salad for a grad party. we were not given sauce for any of the 300+... breadsticks we ordered and had to then purchase from them again for sauce (nearly $15 more just in sauce for the 300+breadsticks we ordered). i think that for a such a large order it would make sense that it came with sauce. its all aboutcustomer service and it just wasnt given. I dont usual make bad reviews because I know businesses have issues just like anyone else BUT i called to let them know there... was an issue with my wings she asked how they looked i told her like someone bit them (not saying they did, but that was theonly way to describe it) the owner then got on the phone and said ?Nobody ate your food? ?we dont touch the food? and i told heri didnt say anyone ate off of them thats just how they look and that im a customer so she should be able to accommodate me , shestarted being rude and said someone can come back and get the food i told her no not to send anyone back to my house and as imwriting this they are at my front door , so unprofessional and I order from here alot due to convince , never again. I usually go to the Middlebelt location but this one was close to where I needed to be. I've tried them before and wasn't happy... but I thought I'd give them a second chance. Sorry that I did. The pizza was great but the breadsticks were horrible. Theyforgot the pizza sauce and had hardly any cheese on them. They were basically just cooked dough. Read more
We hadn't had Papa Romanos before and didn't really know what to expect but we really enjoyed it. Great bread sticks and a good... crust that is that good balance of soft inside and crispy outside. Read more
I normally order from the Middlebelt location, but decided to try this one due to a lower order minimum for delivery. I'm so sad... I made that choice! The other location is way better. The bambino bread here is just doughy and very plain, hardly any flavor atall. Compared to the other location's being topped in butter and parmesan cheese. The pizza wasn't cut all the way, barely atall. I don't usually like too much sauce on my pizza, but there is literally hardly any on it at all. It is undercooked and hasan underlying odd taste to it that I can't quite explain but almost rubbery/sweet. I will stick with the other location I'mfamiliar with who takes more time and care in preparing their food. Read more
1st time customer...last time customer. (See Yelp review for more detail.) We were less than an impressed for a variety of... reasons. Service was poor. Wait for 2 subs was way too long. Food was ok; not bad, but not great. They're a couple doors awayfrom a Subway w/many other competitors to choose from nearby. Read more

Employees... were very professional in taking my order and following up the day of to ensure everything was just right. I definitelyrecommend the buffet options. Placed delivery order. Waited over an hour when confirmation email said 20 minutes. Finally called and I was told they ?never... received my order? I had the confirmation email plus my card was charged! After being asked to hold for 10 minutes I guess youcan?t order food online unless you call them first? Then I was told ?yup? and then hung up on when I was asked for a refund. Icalled back and asked if I could have confirmation of my cancellation and she said she had to call corporate or something?
