This Panera location is inferior to the other locations. Every time we order here something is wrong. I ordered a Baja Chicken... bowel tonight. It?s supposed to come w tomatoes. It has 0 tomatoes! No avocado slices, just a booger wipe reminiscent ofavocado. A few pieces of corn. A very sad and unappetizing warm bowl? that was anything but warm. I hope they get newmanagement soon! Read more
Meagan Rathburn manager was very wrong about making an order and I ended up waiting like 30 mins for the order. She was matter a... fact and unprofessional. Seemed racist. Had to report to corporate. Not sure if they did anything though. Read more
This place is going downhill. If I'm paying 12+ for lunch, I expect there to be decent quality like I used to have. Last time my... half salad (already small) was filled halfway. This time my cup of soup not filled up all the way and my chicken sandwich hadbarely any chicken on it. Mostly all toppings with a couple small chunks. Are there no standards anymore? I got food poisonings this morning (the only meal I had, so it had to be Panera). It came from, of all things, Oatmeal. I... suspect it was the five pieces of old strawberries. Speaking of which, pre-pandemic, they used to fill a cup. The place has gonedownhill since the pandemic. I don't go there nearly as often. Sad, because I used to enjoy it very much! Read more
It used to be a very nice restaurant. Today I ordered a bagel sliced and toasted through drive through and when I got home the... bagel was half burnt. I am pretty sure who ever prepare the order did see that and they put that burnt bagel for me to take ithome. Read more
I had faith in this Panera at first, but the last few visits I have gone and my salad is not even half way full. It looks like a... small handful of the worst lettuce. The lettuce is barely green, more of a yellow, white and brown. I am not sure who is makingthe salads with the you pick two, but they need to do a quality control check. The food here is too expensive for the lack ofquality and care. Go to the next place, pay half the price and get 10x better service and quality control. I am giving this a 2star because the other items I order are correct and taste good, but the salads have taken a turn for the worst. Read more
