Inattentive staff and food was not ready even within 40 after the pickup time given by Panera. Items listed available were not... available and had to be substituted for my order. Do not expect your online order to be on the clearly labeled "pick-up" shelf.It will be hidden behind the counter and they will not call your name. And no, it wasn't because they were short staffed.Several customers who came in and ordered well after I did got their full order in a reasonable amount of time. Read more
Ordered at the kiosk & waited over 30 minutes for a text that my food was ready. Walked up to the counter to find that not only... was my food NOT ready, no one had even started it. I waited 5 more minutes to find my name had been removed from the list oforders being prepared, and finally just asked for a refund. 45 minutes after I walked in, I walked out without food & a dollarpoorer because the manager didn't refund the tip I had added on my card. On top of all of that - the place was an absolute messin the food prep area AND they have the nerve to peddle their political agenda on the counter. Came in for a to go order, took some extra time for a simple order. They gave me the wrong size soups, didn't want to make a big... deal so I just ordered another bowl of broccoli cheddar. As I'm holding a big bag of takeout , they hand me a soup for here, itell them the mistake, they make some fuss and pour the soup into a to go bowl. My girl and I planned to have a lunch date so she could have a meeting and we could also grab food. I came up with the idea to... come here (Panera) as its food we both like to eat. We get here, not that its a requirement, but there are no outlets. So if youhave to plug on your phone or pc/mac your out of luck. I did find one but its tucked away and if your not sitting at that boothyou can't reach it. Now I also mentioned she had a meeting. Usually places like this, and many of the other Paneras I'vefrequented, are nice quiet and welcoming. This was the loudest experience I've ever had anywhere. It wasn't the customersthough...it was the staff. They keep (unfortunately im still here cause time won't allow us to find another spot) goin back andfor with each other and are extremely loud. I know for a fact that they can hear then on her meeting. It was the mostinconsiderate staff I've ever witnessed and a place.... Food and drinks were good as expected though. I ordered about $40 worth of items for carry out and when I got home realized they forgot the most expensive item, a chicken... sandwich. I had to drive 4 miles back to the store to get a replacement. I demanded both a replacement and a refund and thestore refused. Come on! I'm wasting 30 minutes of my time and driving around 8 miles for their mistake and the best they'llcompensate is a free bakery item. So I guess they think it's fine to waste people's time but can't lose any money on it. Atleast the replacement was quick and tasted good. Read more
Disappointed that I spent $19.00 for this chicken sandwich that was not even a whole breast, burnt and dry and tough as shoe... leather. The chicken sandwich had more mayo then chicken! One if the worst chicken sandwichs I have ever eaten. I also ordered awhole Greek salad that didn't even fill half of the plastic take out container. To charge that much for this kind if food ishighway robbery! Read more
Great experience, the only problem I have is with the glass coffee mugs, they are never clean. I usually just use hot water to... rinse off. Tuna on Cesar salad and creamy tomato soup are best. Read more
Waited almost 40mins in drive through. Which is fine after seeing how busy lunch time gets. But as soon as I opened the bag and... got the food out I noticed the rotten avocado. After reporting this to the manager Amy she took it back, came back out and gaveus this. She literally had scraped the rotten food off and put new avocado on top. Didn't offer a refund or anything for thewait or for the literal rotten food being served. Will not be coming back after dealing with Amy. Maybe check the food producebefore serving to the public?
