This isn't the best location in this area. I prefer to go to the joy Rd location in Livonia. The food is always fresh there.... This location is hard to turn left out of on to Middlebelt. The lines get too long and service is slow. Rarely do you get freshfries, maybe if your lucky. Read more

I would have given this location one star, except for the fact that my burger was seemingly freshly made. The one who took my... order was very short, and unwelcoming. I stopped my order, because of how she rushed me. The young lady who took my payment wasokay, but the young man that handed me my order been a robot. He said not one word the entire time. Most McDonald's in my area are absolutely terrible as far as customer service and kindness and wait times . At this location I... have gone to the last four times and each time I'm waited on right away with a smile and fantastic service and I received thatsmile when I leave also leave . Ok I have to edit my review. Because ifk what's going on at this store. Up till about a month ago, the service and staff have... been pleasant and fast. Then they made a change. They got rid of the entire morning crew, and replaced them with another entirestaff. The service started to get slower. The food got sloppy. Waits as long as 10 to 15 minutes became normal. I went by lastFriday, and the store wasn't even open. I assumed because it was black Friday. But today, the lights are on, but nobody isworking. Appears to be some construction on the lobby, but the kitchen was all lit up and I saw people in there. People count onplaces to be open for their morning routine. Coffee n breakfast on the way to work. Just gonna leave the customer hanging.Thanks management. Maybe when it reopens, they'll have a competent staff like they used to. Read more
