Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two... giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Somethingtastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastesrancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful thestaff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future. Read more
This location is inconsistent with their sandwich making. Sometimes I get a well made sandwich and sometimes it's missing... something we add. Almost always when I ask for extra pickles and tomatoes, I get less of both. Please suggest a way to ask forextra vegetables and actually get it. Read more

Placed an order for two 30 sub boxes. Requested no mayonnaise. Order was not ready when went to pick up. Had to wait an... additional 20 minutes. Every sub had mayonnaise on them. Won?t be going back. Read more

Does Jimmy John's is a good place decent staff and get things done freaky fast. Atmosphere is nice although a bit chilly... sometimes probably due to the fact that the whole front of the stores made with Windows it is really clean and restrooms arealso clean so you don't have to worry about stuff all over the floor.
