I am beyond Disgusted with this restaurant and the staff I am confused on weather or not it?s the owners or management the... lettuce was brown and wilted refused to make my sandwich as asked I was told ?the owner Does not allow us to put mayonnaise onboth sides of the bread ? The lady behind the counter was so rude and disrespectful I will never go back to that location andwill be contacting corporate The fact that I was then treated poorly after asking to have my sandwich made the way I?ve alwaysordered the same sandwich from the same location it?s completely unacceptable The fact that it was OK for people to be sittingon the counter tops putting stickers on cookies in view of patrons seems as though it is some form of health code violation Read more

White girl that took my payment gone try to get me to pay for a lil cup of drink that had bout two sips of juice in it while... waiting for them to correct my order that they messed up ! Then gone have a smart remark to say after I said my daughter wasn?teven gone drink it so I didn?t wanna pay for it. I don?t recommend this specific location because customer service is the WORSTand the food was so greasy I could swim in it. This is by far the WORST Jersey Mikes I?ve ever been to. Read more

Put an online order in for 2 subs and it took 40 minutes to make. The manager was yelling at the other employees until one of... them was crying. When a customer stepped in, she starts screaming at him. It was the worst experience I could imagine forpicking up a sandwich. Read more

Ordered online, showed up 15 minutes after the time it stated since every time I've arrived on time my order has not been ready,... turns out I should've showed up 30 minutes late because the staff there didn't even start my order until I arrived. If you'regoing to state a pickup time, at least try to achieve that goal instead of making customers who pre-paid and pre-tipped wait fortheir food. Order was also completely wrong, which I should've checked before I got home. Will probably never go to thislocation again. Read more

Love the subs, but customer service sucks. I watched a large order being bagged and was horrified that the girl bagging it was... just TOSSING them into the bag which was causing them to unwrap! How unsanitary!! She definitely shouldn't be working there orin any food related service. Waiting 1/2 hour for 3 regular subs. Management needs to step up to the plate there!! Read more

Horrible service. Will never return. Manager left a trainee alone at the front counter, so he could converse with another... employee in the back room. My family ordered three subs and it took this poor trainee 10 mins to slice the meat. You could tellhe was struggling, why was he alone? Cooking took another 5 mins understandably. By the time he got 2 subs to the counter (meatonly) we asked about the third. Another employee appeared for 30 seconds to clarify the order, then vanished. After another 5mins of waiting to complete the first two subs, we are still wondering where the third subs is? At this point we had been in thestore for roughly 20 minutes, to make 2 subs?? We didn't appreciate the wait, or the unnecessary miscommunication, possibly dueto a loud radio at the time. All we can do is wait again?? To correct the previous mistake, which shouldn't of happened,because I originally had to repeat the order 4 time's. The one employee was obviously struggling, why we he left completelyalone? When the misunderstanding was clarified why was it not corrected, by the other employee? the sound of friendly banterechoes from the back room the entire time, we are in the store. The log tedious process of cutting meat starts again and anothercustomer enters the store. We had been alone until this time, with no other customers in sight. Why 20+ minutes to complete anorder? That was wrong to begin with? After watching one piece of meat being cut every minute or so. We tossed up our hands inutter frustration and left the store. Then one of the employee's took it upon himself to follow us! Outside the store! When weasked for the manager, (while standing outside the store!) He claimed to be the manager on duty, that the employee who hasserved us was a trainee and he wouldn't stop arguing with my husband.
