Ordered three large one topping deep dish pizzas. Advertised cost is $11.99. Was charged $13 for each. Then an additional charge... was added just for pepperoni of $1.99. Overall $3 dollars had been removed at the end but was still overcharged by $6. Broughtthis to their attention and they claimed the charges were accurate which clearly are not. Read more
I was in such a hurry this night, I unintentionally ordered 2 large pizzas with one half extra cheese and the other half with... ham, bacon, and pepperoni. When I obviously wanted both toppings and cheese on each whole pizza. I was shocked when itarrived. Then I looked at my phone and saw that they tried to call me twice but my RoboKiller wouldn't take the call(per mysettings). They knew I had ordered incorrectly, but I understood that they couldn't change my actual order without my approval. I wish I had taken a picture. This is my absolute favorite place to order food from, period. I am a regular customer, and I always have a somewhat... complimented order...and I don't think they've ever messed it up! Maybe they forgot to add something once or forgot to giveextra dressing, but they are always sure to make up for it! The delivery drivers are very kind and the food is always theperfect temperature, and so fresh! I've tried different Hungrie Howie's a few times, and they don't even come close to thequality of this one in Livonia, Michigan on 5 mile rd!
