Closed the restaurant 4 hours early. Rather than put their cone in the drive thru behind the line they shut it down without... serving anyone. Yelled at everyone outside. Started a fight with a man who was order when the manage refused to serve anyoneelse in the middle of his order. Fight carried into the restaurant entrance. Everyone had to back out of the drive through.After moving cone that block us in. Fire that awful manger, the one covered in tatts. Dont come here. Read more
This location is slow as hell when it comes to getting your food. I waited for half an hour before I was even acknowledged, not... coming back to this location for a while. Otherwise the Beyond quac tacos are amazing, just not worth the half hour wait Read more
Third visit to this location - staff is fun and friendly and the food is great. I grew up in Cali where Del Taco is everywhere.... Lived in Cinci and really missed it. This is my kids favorite fast food. Read more
I was so excited because this was the first time I?d ever been to a Del Taco. Multiple people had told me how good the carne... asada fries were. The meat on top of them looked like canned dog food. It also took them 20 minutes to make our tacos and friesbecause only 2 kids were working while the other ones ran around talking and taking pictures and videos of themselves instead ofhelping their coworkers. Being from California Del Taco was always a staple... my husband picked some today on his way home from work... 8 burritos and 2... quesadillas... I have love for sauce, 3 sauce packets minimum for 1 burrito. When I came home we had 5 sauce packets for all ofthat food... my husband said it wasn't worth complaining about.. I did so anyway... I am giving a 5 star review to the manageron duty for her outstanding customer service, I will not call out her name but I hope she sees this and knows that I alsounderstand how to turn a frown upside down... thank you Read more
Stopped for a quick bite to eat for lunch after a doctor appt. Never been here before and it was quite a surprise. Hubby and I... tried the salads and they were really quite good and filling. My son got a burrito and he enjoyed it as well. Would recommendand come back again. Read more
